Please call 515.225.2566 during regular office hours to  schedule an appointment.

Patients are seen on an appointment basis with the doctor of their choice.  

When calling for an appointment, please let the receptionist know the nature of your eye problem in order to assure appropriate scheduling

If you can not keep your appointment, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. 

Our Regular Office Hours Are

Monday - Friday                  8:00 a.m. -  5:00 p.m.

Holiday Hours                      December 23rd      8:00 to 12:00  

                                              December 26th      Closed

                                              Janurary 2nd           Closed
